Biography
Tasséré OUEDRAOGO is a professional engaged in the fields of education, social work and community action. Married and father of four children, he is distinguished by a career marked by the defense of children's rights and support for young people in vulnerable situations.
Holder of the State Diploma of Specialized Educator Monitor (DEMES) obtained in 2022 at the National Higher Institute in Social Work (INSTS), he also holds the Elementary Certificate of Pedagogical Aptitude (CEAP) obtained in 2015, as well as a baccalaureate in series A. His academic background is enriched by studies in modern literature at the University Joseph Ki-Zerbo in Ouagadougou.
Early engaged in social action, Tasséré OUEDRAOGO has worked with several national and international organizations such as Médecins Sans Frontières Luxembourg, the Burkinabè Red Cross and the Burkinabè Association for Child Aid "KEOOGO", where he contributed to prevention, protection and psychosocial support for children and young people in particularly difficult situations.
Founding member of the Association of Street Children and Young People Facing their Fate (AJER/FS), he successively held the presidency and then the executive direction, while coordinating the "Bakroman" project dedicated to the reintegration of street children. His commitment also led him to work as a teacher, community approach consultant for German cooperation GIZ, as well as program coordinator within the Community Action Committee of district n°11 of Ouagadougou.
Alongside his social and educational activities, he has distinguished himself in the field of media and communication as a presenter at TVZ Africa, reporter for Infofrontiere.com, and sports consultant on BF1 channel in the program "Au cœur des sports". A polyglot, he is fluent in French and Mooré, and has strong computer skills.
